Director Pete Travis Signs with Crossroads for US, UK Representation

Crossroads has signed UK-based feature film and television director Pete Travis for representation in the US and the UK. Travis' feature films include the 2009 drama “Endgame” and the 2008 action/adventure sleeper sensation “Vantage Point,” which have allowed him create high speed car chases and explosive action sequences in both large scale and more intimate settings. He has also directed several multi-part TV series, including “Henry VIII” and “The Jury” for the Granada Network and “Other People's Children” for BBC.

"Pete has exactly that range of talent, with an unparalleled work ethic and imagination. We're really looking forward to working with him," notes Crossroads UK Managing Director Carly Stone.

Among Travis' awards are a BAFTA for Best Single Drama, a Discovery Award at the 2004 Toronto Film Festival, Best Film at the Irish Film & TV Awards and a VIFVF Best Feature, all for the television project OMAGH. Other awards include an International Emmy for Best TV Movie for “Henry VIII” and a Golden Trailer Award for Best Thriller with “Vantage Point.”
